Castle Valley Mill’s Emmer Farro Flour is made from a very high protein grain that dates back more than 10,000 years to the fertile crescent.  It has a wonderful sweet flavor and chewy texture that make unique and engaging breads and pastas.

Storage:  refrigerate at 42 degrees or cooler for up to six months.  Frozen bags will keep up to one year
